I given forwading addres in person details, it fowarding to another mails address. the copy of mail not store in my mail database,what should it do to store in maildata base.

If individual users are allowed to forward mail use a mail rule but users forwarding company mail may not only be a company policy violation but may very well get the domain blacklisted as a relay.
