Good morning,
I have been asked to add a ‘Date Archived’ field on a already existing form, that will auto-populate with the date the record was put into Archived Status. This supposed to work for new and exisiting docs. I’m not sure what formula to use. For the existing docs that are already in the db, it keeps showing the current date as the archived date, instead of the date it was actually archived. The field is supposed to computed as well, not editable. I do not know what formula to use, and also how to get it to auto-populate.
Anybody have any suggestions?!?
