Hi all,I was wondering if someone could give me some idea of how to fix this. I have a couple of users that have the same problem. The problem is I have this preference set to Prefers notes rich text. The reason I have this is our finance department sends out pdf’s to some managers at the beggining of every month. If they do not have this setting then the pdf’s will come in unreadable. There will just be unreadable text in email and the pdf’s will not appear.
So by having this setting at prefers notes rich text (and not keep in senders format )when certain email comes in from the internet it is unreadable, as in some links are unclickable and tables are messed up.
So I’m kinda stuck at which setting to have it so the users can read certain emails. Any help or comments would be appreciated.
