Is there any way to prevent users from viewing the preferences dialog…? just to avoid them change important settings. Thanks
Subject: policies
Via desktop policies, you can set many of the Preferences to prevent the user from changing them. There is a separate policy form for Mail policies, under which many of the mail preferences can be set the same way.

but what I need is to prevent users from accesing the preferences window. The same for the “new database” window, I don’t want users to create new DB.Is there any way to prevent the showing of these windows?
