I have a setup of Domino R6.5 on SUSE 8 & Windows 2003. The servers are in a cluster. When the users enable Follow-Up Flag from their Inbox on selected messages and configure an Alarm for them, the Alarm doesn’t work. I’m really surprised.

Can you explain more? Follow flags have more than one option and more than one way to “alert” someone of the alarm.
As a rule of thumb, the more detail the easier it will be for someone to either duplicate your shortcoming how give advice.

P.S Notes made after the original post…
I sent myself a new email message. Then configured a flag with every option (play a sound, alert me via email (to my pager)). The alarm went off as configured. This is on 6.5 with a Linux (Red Hat) server.
