I have three emails that the Sender has been erased after I used the Quick Flag option under Follow-up.
I have many emails that I’ve used the same option and the Sender is still there.
Is there a way to fix this?

In discussing this with a colleague we noticed that this occured only on external emails. Although there are instances where external emails have the Sender there.
