I have replaced the design of all of our mail files with the Domino Web Access (6) (iNotes6.ntf) template that was installed with Domino 6.5 but the Follow Up button does not show up on most, but not all, of the clients.
Am I missing a certain step or possibly using the wrong mail template?

I noticed this as Administrator looking at new mail boxes I just created, if you look at someone elses mailbox from your client the follow up button is missing, you have to be logged in with the users id file in order for the follow up button to appear on the users mailbox, hope that helps…
