Our CEO diligently categorises her mail into folders, but over the weekend her folder contents appear to have been randomly shuffled, with emails from other folders added, and others removed. No mail template or other Notes-related upgrades happened over that weekend. The user also has Blackberry access to her email. Anyone else come across this?
Subject: Folders randomly change their contents?
Replacing design of mail box once again with same template(whichever template currently used) may help.
I have seen inconsistent behaviour of folders in mail boxes, solved by replacing design.
