Folders in Lotus all have the same long name?

We have a user who has a LOT of sub-folders under his folder directory.2 days ago he tried to rename one folder, after

this all the folders have the same name.

The foldername starts with a normal name, and then ( PA3352x-1cd2 )

We removed the mailbox, and took an older one from a backup, this was fine for a day orso, then all the sub-folder names where changed again

I just had a user call me who is having the same problem. I was hoping to find an answer to this here. Please, if anyone has any insight into this, post it. Thanks.
