One of our users is missing about 200 folders after her mail template design was replaced from 6.5 to 8.5.1 version.They did showed once when opened in Admin console GUI, marked as private (with the lock icon), but user doesn’t see them thru her Lotus Notes client nor iNotes client.
Is there a way to unhidde them, as I believe they are still there, but folder view got corrupted somehow.

Hi,
we sometimes have this effect after a load convert -u (incl. folder design update), but only on the user’s local replica.
A new creating of a local replica solves it - for us.

I can see those folders as I mentioned, then opening her nsf with Admin console, but they appear as hidden. If I open that same mail file in my Lotus Notes 8.5 client I can not no longer see those private folders.Is there a way to convert private folder to shared w/o loosing data?
