When a user tries to access to a specific folder he created, he can’t see any documents that he moved after folder creation.

I have a similar issue - when a person does an archive the document shows up in the All Documents view but does not make the folder that it was in.
In some cases it does make folders, but the contents are not always accurate…
Any Ideas?

We have customers who are experiencing the same problem of folders not creating in their Archive. The documents stored in these folders in their active database get archived, but can only be found in the ‘All Documents’ view.

I’m having the same issue, Notes 6.5.2. New folders created in users mailbox are not created in the archive, but the documents are being archived and visible only in the “All Documents” view.
