Hi,

I finally managed to get everything to work.

The are 2 annoying things in the Recipe catalog sample:

1. Every time I refresh the page, I have to sign-in/confirm oAuth. Is this really necessary? The Domino authentication is still present as I'm not being asked for Domino credentials.

2. In the app, there is no way to tell what's clickable and what's not. The mouse pointer doesn't change. It took me a while to figure out that I have to click on the image, not anywhere on the tile.

Anyway, I had one more glitch during the installation when the generated environment was somehow misconfigured.

When I tried to access the environment from console, I got a login screen and then an error

There was a db connection error in the integration service logs, so I've reinstalled everything from scratch and now it works fine.

I'll keep testing...

One more thing about Iris - It started to update itself to FP8. Is it safe to update it, or should we just disable the updates on the first launch?

You are correct that you should not update. Starting with the 3rd early access code drop it will only automatically take updates relevant for Volt MX Go.

did you get an answer or solution to your first problem? The repeated logging in also bothers me.

Hi @Martin Pradny , @Julian Mosen - an update on this from our engineering team:

These issues have all been resolved in the GA version:

  1. Refreshing the page no longer logs you out
  2. The cursor changes when you're over a clickable area
  3. The install works like a champ
