Hello
When mail is sent from a First class client v8 to NC, the blank spaces are removed.
But when looking in notes web client it looks good.
It works ok from FC v 7.1.
Pls advice.

hmmm… It sounds like an issue with the newer version of First Class (I know nothing about the First Class client-that’s not from Lotus is it?). You said it worked with FC v7.1. I would start there.
One thing you might change is the setting in the Person doc which controls what happens when receiving SMTP mail from an outside system.

You mention it looks OK from the web, but not in the NC. I’m going to assume that you are referring to the very same memo (not one for two different users). Check the properties of the body field of document to see what is being used as a spacer. It may not be a space at all. Maybe it is a special character that the browser recognizes, but not the NC. I have not seen anything quite like that.

Yes it was the FC v8, they got a new update, who solved the problem.
