Finding dormant apps and deciding what to do with them: administrator tool needed for app metadata

Can anyone think of a viable solution to the following .....

In an environment of hundreds of users, Leap administrators may soon equally find hundreds of apps strewn across development and live server environments - think 'My Test App'.

Naturally over time apps will become orphaned, dormant, forgotten, neglected and antiquated.

To the best of my knowledge one can access some rudimentary information such as last deployment date etc. however don't you agree administrators need something a little more dynamic and automated by means of gleaning and evaluating the app's metadata and statistics?

For example:
- generate a list(s) of apps based on last modification or access dates
- how often used (statistic) as in records / users
[...]

Further, how about the ability to embed metadata into the app itself namely the designated 'owner' as in person or department.

What do you think?

Best regards
Stephen

AFAIK there will be an Admin page (dashboard) in the next version that shall cover all your needs.

Jan is correct, we are working on an Admin interface that will address many of your concerns. As it gets used, please feel free to suggest other features that you may want to see.
