“Find the time” doesn't work in Verse

Hi all,

In a delegated account, the “Find Time” feature is not working. To reproduce the problem, below is a description of the steps:
User test 7 has a mailbox on server10

User test 9 has a mailbox on server20

There is a Web site document for each server

User test 7 opens a Delegated account for user test 9 in Verse
When trying to create a meeting, the “Find time” function does not work

Please help to solve the problem

Hi Katrine,

Good day!

I understand that Test user 7 is a delegate for Test user 9’s mail database.
On this, kindly check if the Test user 7 has the access to create calendar invite for Test user 9, since by default, the access is only set to Read access when checking in the Calendar preferences in Notes Client.

You may change the access to “Read, create, edit and delete” and test.

Thank you for your help. Unfortunately access is already set up and it doesn’t help.

Please help with the problem, the “Find a time” functionality is not working and this prevents users from scheduling meetings in Verse correctly
