File Upload Control not working in web

when i am attaching any file upload control in a form,if any fields are refreshed the the page gives error on the web…but if i remove the file upload control the page works fine…Can anybody help me out

i suppose u r using a field on the form called

$V2AttachmentOptions text , computed for display and formula:@If(@IsDocBeingEdited;“0”;“0”)

in it

also save button next to file upload control button then try.
