File -> Export to Create LSS?

Um… I seem to be missing the File → Export option to create an LSS file? Does anyone know where it can be found in 8.5.1 or am I just not allowed to create LSS files anymore?

Subject: Reproduced

Have reproduced and submitted problem report, #VMAA7X2FY4. As a workaround, File - Import/Export are available using the old editor. You can disable the new Eclipse editor in Designer preferences.
