File does not exist

Hi,I have one Domino Server 8.5.0 on windows server 2003 in my DMZ area. I have installed an Addtional Domino Server 8.5.1 for Lotus Traveler v8.5.1. The additional server installation and configuration was successfull. I run the Additional server first time it was running fine but when I restart the Additional Domino server, it shutdown but come back with a small pop-up saying that “File does not exist” and the domino server does not come up. Both the servers (mail and traveler) are in DMZ area and can ping each other. The following error is appearing in system event viewer;

Discription:

The Lotus Domino Server (DIBMLotusDOminodata) service terminated with service-specific error 259(0x103).

Pleae suggest what could be the possible reason.

Subject: Service

Starting with 8.5 I think there is a new service for diagnosis besides the Domino Server one.

Try to stop it and put it manual, then start the Domino server. I had a problem once with this.

Thanks a lot Sebastian for your reply. Will you please explain little bit more? As I Explained, I have two servers, one is mail server running domino version 8.5 and second is for traveler with domino version 8.5.1 (which is having the problem I had discussed). Now I have to stop the Lotus Domino Diagnostics Service on both the servers or only on the server which is not coming up with pop-up “File does not exist”?

Just the server which is not coming up. Try it. If that helps, you could submit a support request

I have solved the problem;

Actually The console.log file path was not correct in server notes.ini in debug_outfile entry field. Once corrected the path, the server was up and running.
