My client uses Outlook for their mail and a Notes CRM for everything else - including sending outgoing mails. Outgoing mails are composed in the CRM and sent via Outlook.
Incoming mail comes to Outlook. If it came to Notes (Domino) I have an agent in the mail file template that finds the sender in the Notes CRM (if it exists there) and then files the mail in the CRM as new document.
I would like to do the same in Outlook. ie a button in an open Outlook incoming email that files the contents of the mail, including attachments, in a Notes database.
Anyone done this, or any ideas welcome
