I receive this message when I attempt to recertify a user’s ID. My account is on server B, the new Notes 8 server (Centos 5). The requester is on server A, which is a 6.5.5 server (windows). I can certify IDs from server A when using accounts from server A, but not A to B or B to A. Hope that makes sense. Any help is appreciated.
Subject: I would try to open and save the users Person document to see if the problem is simply there.
