Fail to connect to Fabric from Enterprise

Hello team, we have aweird issue currently on our platform, when i try to check for a kony fabric environment using the configurations on Kony Enterprise, we get an error showing that there is no Fabric set in that URL (the URL has been checked many times) but when I navigate to the Fabric Console using chrome or any navigator, i can get there just fine, when i switch networks, it works perfectly on both cases, my question is, is there a way to check or validate frm where is Enterprise trying to connect to the URL so we can check our Firewall and network security settings?

The situation is a little weird because it should fail if i try to connect to that URL from anywhere on that network, but its only failing when im trying to connect from Enterprise.

Version of both tools is 8.+

Based on the description assuming you are in some proxy network, If your network configuration uses a proxy server, you can configure Kony Visualizer to recognize it, whether it is a Basic or NTLM proxy. you must follow the procedures for both the Basic proxy and the NTLM proxy as mentioned in below basecamp post and doc

Please refer and configure the steps mentioned in above doc and revert with visualizer logs if you still unable to connect to MF through Visualizer.
