External Outlook Calendar Invitation for teams meeting does not show anything in body field

Hello again,

we receive from outside some outlook calendar invitation for a teams-meeting. The body-field is not filled or with some odd signs. If the sender sends a "normal" e-mail all links are clickable and there is no problem to participate. We use Domino 12.0. 2 FP3 on our SMTP-Mail-Gateway-Server and on the Server were the mail-dbs are stored. The clients are R12.0.2 FP 2 / 3 with templates form V 11 and V12.

If i look in the source-view of the document, you see the vcard tags with all information. The describtion tag has the links inside but there are some wrong sign allthoough it is utf-8.

If we copy the text inside the VCalendar-Tags into a new text-file with the extension ical. A double-click opens these invititation in the notes client with the same result.

I found nothing to corner the problem.

Any hints where to search?

Hello Shrikant,

thank you for the links. I will give it a try, but in both knowledgebase arcticle it is mentioned, that it should be fixed in our Domino-Server-Version 12.0.2 FP3.
