Hi Everybody !
I want to export at relatively simpel notes-db to SQL-format and make an Access/InfoPath client for the data at the SQL-server.
How do I export to SQL-server format? (only one-time export)
Do you have a link to a simple example and/or documentation of SQL-dataformat I will appriciate that…
Thanks in advance

Do I use LotusScript - you could- Do I use XML - yep, this works too.
-
Do I export to lets say Excel and somehow parse the data on to SQL? Absolutely works.
-
Export as a txt file also works.

You also have ole, com, odbc methods you can use.

Not sure what ‘SQL Data Format’ is so no.
Lots of examples here and in the 4/5 forum for exporting using LS.
A simple export can be accomplished by building a flat, non-categorized view and then just using ‘File Export’ from the menu.

Hi,
If this update is to only be performed once this eliminates the need for developing a programmatic solution.
The easiest way would be to output the data into a suitable format (e.g. CSV file) and then inport into your designated table.
Hope this helps.
