how did you export the addresses? try and install “domino access for microsoft Outlook” and do it that way.

There are tools out there that cost money that can import a Notes address book into Outlook easily. If money is an issue, which it was for my company, I located a free tool that works well. I found it on the web or in Sandbox. It’s called “Notes Personal Address Book to Outlook 2000 Conversion Utility V1.0” by Henry Schaumburger. It works with Outlook 2000, XP, and 2003.
Another option is to Synchronize the Notes address book so that it’s availabe to a DAMO client. Install DAMO on a PC and use Outlook to connect to the Domino server. Then you can access the user’s Notes address book from Outlook. From there you can do a native Outlook export\import of the address book, or copy and paste contacts, etc.
