Export mail attachment to Word doc as embedded file

hcl-bot · December 4, 2006, 11:41am

I need to export the contents of an email to MS Word. I can get the text exported but I can’t figure out how to grab the attachment and then have it embed in Word document.

Unfortunately, I cannot use 3rd party applications at this time.

Thank you for your help.

Hi Dave,

Can you post me the link here so I can access it. I also need this code so would appreciate if you do not mind posting it.

Thanks,

Yoko

Thank you for replying but I don’t think this will work since the attachment is stored in $file. I’m not using the uidocument method but document method to copy the mail fields to the word document.
