Export Client Spam Mail Rules to Import into Server Mail Rules

I have been collecting Spam Domains through “Block Mail from Sender” / “Block Senders List” and want to add them to my Server Mail rules.

How can I Export my “Block Senders list” and then import them into my Server Mail rules?

I have not been able to find a way to export blocked domains.

I have several hundred on my workstation and do not want to manually input the information.
