Expand history of a message automatically

Hi,Upgrade user notes client to standard 8.5.1.

User feedback the section view is not expanded automatically when reading mails.

How can i set expand all sections view to permanent?

Help please!

Subject: Has to be set in the Template

Open the template used for the mail database in Designer.Open the NotesMailOutline

Click on the + next to the Outline entry for Views (this will open up the entry and list the entries underneath it)

Save the Outline

Refresh the design of the mail database.

That should set the View section to be opened each time the mail database is opened by the user.
