I was asked to make a modification to a group mail box so it’s only a few designated users that can see the incoming mails in the inbox and then distribute them to other users in their respective folders.
i have a agent that catches all incoming mails, adds a readersfield with the appropriate roles. the mailbox group leader then marks the mails he wants a specific user to see (whom he selects from a list) and another agent then adds that user to the readersfield and moves the document to the correct folder.
this is when a little problem occurs. even though a user can’t see or read the mail, they still get every mail indicated as unread. is there any way to get the mailbox to only add the documents that the user has access to and has not read to the unread counter?
