Exchange connector issues, 2 of them

hi,

i just started a new job and i haven’t worked with the client side of the exchange to notes connector. i have a user with 2 errors :

when the admin access’s her exec’s calendar she gets the following errors :

  1. unable to display the folder - cannot open the mailbox for this user because the user does not have a server mail box

and this

  1. outlook connector doesn’t allow messages to be recalled

any idea what the issue is??

actually got it figured out. problem was that the sim card wasn’t configured yet :wink:
