1: what everyplace enterprise i need exactly to compleat my work ? ( server , mobile application , mobile notes) or all?
2: whats the diffrent betwen everyplase enterprise server update , and enterprise server ?

Avoid DEES like the plague. I had zillions of problems with it. It limited and a poorly designed product. The doc is also awful. Get mForms from a company called commontime. It’s excellent and is everything DEES should be…
Just my two cents.

DEES contains multiple products. First you have a aerver Addin. THis will sync the application. Then you have a client version (mobile Notes) THis software will be installed on the PDA. The software also installs a special database for use in the designer. YOu can created mobile applications with it.
There is no difference between enterprise updat en server. The update is a fixpack for the server. It fixes some very annoying bugs.
Then there is an update for the mobile client. (pocketPC 2002) for installing on PocketPC2002 devices.
I don’t think you should focus on dees. It works ok for very simple applications with about 300 docs max. But it is very limited. Also a couple of people have stated in this forum that dees will no longer be update. Probably replaced with WebSpereDEESsomething.

WebSphere Everyplace Access - WEAS for short - and 4.3 just began shipping.
The DEES component is the same as DEES 2.6b.
