A client setup many databases and mail-to links. When they send to a specific one (all the others don’t have this problem), they get first:
No Match.
It shows the mail-to link, and shows the correct Mail Domain. It asks for OK, Send Anyway, Skip Name and Cancel. I click OK.
Then I get:
mailtoname not found in Name & Address Book or any Domino Directory. Choose OK to skipl cancel to stop.
I click OK. BUT, the email DOES get delivered correctly to the database anyway.
How do I fix this? What is not setup about this mail-to?
