All apologies… I found the cause of the error. It is indeed a NotesRichtTextTable and the AppendRow method.
The first time I posted this, nobody replied…I think it might be because there are already some posts concerning this error.
In fact I have read them and most of them talk about NotesRichtTextTable and the AppendRow method.
I have used neither in my code.

when I create a document in a notes calendar view, I get the following error messages:
illegal column width - check left and right margins
and then
cannot execute the specified command
any suggestions please?
