Error when switching from Navigator to Outline

Hi,

We were previously using R5 but we have navigated to R6 since 9 months.

And one of the major changes we have is to convert all the navigators where almost 250 navigators are present in a database. I have converted everything to one single outline.

Which currently has no errors producing in the development area.

We would be moving it to production. I wanted to know if any problem arises in switching of navigators to outlines once we refresh.

If so, is there any solution for the same.

As i am new to lotus notes, i have no idea of it. It is not safe for me to blindly place it to a live area without prior research.

I would be glad if you could suggest me on the same.

What I would worry about, is whether the outline links to a database using a hardcoded replica ID, which might be different in the development environment than in production because you’re using a copy of the database. If all the links are to “current database” then you should not have a problem.

Note, however, that there are two ways to link to the current database in a named element outline entry – by selecting “Current database” or by selecting the database title from the list of databases. The former is the correct way.
