Error when logging in with a short name in Nomad

Hello all,

Please help with the following problem:

  1. When trying to log in with a short name in Nomad 1.0.16 on the server, I get the error Nomad: ERROR nomad::http::templates: Name lookup failed. However, logging in with a short name works fine in Verse on the same server. The short name exists and is available.
  2. On another server running Nomad 1.0.12, logging in with a short name works successfully.

What could be causing this problem? Please help.

I recommend that you open a support Case so that this can be further investigated
