We have recently upgraded to Notes 7 across both server and client. All appears to be working well.
But there is one mail file that has been created since the upgrade, which looks like the Version 5 view of the mail file. I have tried compacting (with switches), I have tried Fixup (with switches) and have even updated the views, replaced the design - but keep getting the following error “Variant does not contain a container” when trying to access TOOLS > PREFERENCES, then get a SOFTDELETE error message after that.
Does anyone have any idea of how to rectify this error?
