Error trying to open document: Invalid or nonexistend document

My CEO has serval calendar entries that give him the error messages “Error trying to open document: Invalid or nonexistend document” when he tries to open them. Once he clicks on “OK” on the error dialog box the calendar entry opens. Note: These entries are repeating entries.

Try this, it might help

i) Load Compact -c -i -D mailfilepath.

ii)Once compact is completed replace the design.

please take the backup of mail file and do this on the backup.

Or it could be as simple as, removing the icon from the users desktop and re-adding the icon, compacting the Workspace or deleting the cache.ndk
