As suggested raising this question again.

Hi Team,

I am getting an error while trying to login to DBX retail banking OLB. The integration services from the on premises fabric are getting failed with below error:

"ErrorMessage": "Error occurred while invoking Java Service getUserDetails."

}

This is happening with almost all the services calls, any help would be appreciated.

Can you please raise a basecamp ticket for the same. The support team need do debug this and would reach out to the product team for further analysis.
