I installed a Lotus Traveler 8.5.2 on a new Lotus Domino 8.5.2 on a new virtual Windows 2008 Server.
The Traveler tasks is running.
On the server console I can see the following message:
“Lotus Traveler: SEVERE *system Exception caught while trying to access NTS server doc settings, defaults taken.”
What does the message means?

Traveler is trying to look in the server document for the settings from the Lotus Traveler tab. Most likely, the template on the Domino server is not up to date or the Traveler server ID does not have access to the server document.Because Traveler could not read the server document to get the information from the Lotus Traveler tab, it used the built-in defaults instead. But, you really want to be able to read the server document and get them from there.
