Error in starting JMS Service

Reason: The KonyFabric_JMS service could not be started

A system error has occurred

System error 1067 has occurred

The process terminated unexpectedly

using install KonyFabricInstaller-8.3.1.1_GA

Hi,

Can you please confirm if there is any other instance of different version installed on your machine ?

As an initial level of troubleshooting, please check if the JDK is installed on the machine, if not install the JDK and set the JAVA_HOME environment variable and java bin path to PATH variable and try to restart the JMS service.
