Error in CompactMailRules function 91: Object Variable not set

I have a user who gets the following error when trying to use the Block Mail from Sender option.

“Error in CompactMailRules function 91: Object variable not set”

After clicking on ok, the user is still able to add the sender to the blocked mail list. But this is obviously annoying.

Does anyone know what causes this?

I get “error in compactmailrules function 13: type mismatch” …

Disabling all mail rules does not solve the problem :frowning:

2012 in the mean time and still no solution. I reported it to our IT guys some time ago but it is “deafening quit” from that side.
