After upgrading to Domino 7.0 on my servers, I am getting the following error: Full Text message: GTR version error. V4_0. I have searched and can only find this error in one other place. Has anyone else experienced this error? What can I do to fix it?
A domino 5 response was to run the following:
Fixup
Compact -D
Updall -R
Any comments or suggestions?

I have seen similar issues with very LARGE database indexes in R5 (there is an R5 limitation).
Before running Fixup and Compact (I’d run Fixup -f -j -v -l and Compact -c -i -K -F against the single database), try deleting the existing index and creating a new one.
If the corruption is only within the index, you might not need to run fixup and compact against the database.

The error message does not show which DB is the offending DB. We have several DBs that are very large. Any maint has to be done on the weekends or after hours.

Look in the Notes Log for the lines just above and below the GTR error - some mention of which database is about to be indexed should be made.
If not, temporarily turn up the logging level to verbose until the offending database is identified.
