ERROR: Field is too large (32K) or View's column & selection formulas are too large

Since the Notes 6 upgrade at our site, the following error has been saved to a documents field:

ERROR: Field is too large (32K) or View’s column & selection formulas are too large

Can someone please explain to me exactly what this error is regarding? The field in no way looks at view or column and it is simply a computed when composed field that information is saved to.

Also - if the field itself gets too large, we receive a message that the field is to large and it doesn’t save the latest update, as we should… just can’t figure out how this error is getting populated into the field and we are losing the other information in it.

We had this error on one machine when running R 5.0.10 I think. There was a bug fix I think. Try a search in the R5 group and there might be some information. Other than that one time I have not seen it since and never in 6.0.1.
