ERROR: Failed to authenticate. Details - infphszg07175.lntinfotech.com: Name or service not known

I am facing issue with the Kony fabric connection when we fire below command:

/tmp/install/setup.sh --script_check

I have successfully accessed kony fabric console on below URL on my local machine.

http://xxx.xxx.com:8080/mfconsole

And also added all required parameters in setup.sh file which are using for above console.

But still its showing below Error .

ERROR: Failed to authenticate. Details - xxx.xxx.com: Name or service not known

Your screen shot is showing two different runs of the script with two different errors.

The top most run is showing that the hostname you have configured for the Fabric server is "http:" which is not a valid URL.

The second run is showing that the hostname you have configured for the Fabric server is "http://infphszg07175.lntinfotech.com:" *** NB you have a trailing colon but have not specified a port number

You need to provide a valid hostname & port number in the config file
