Error exporting project and service - VoltMx Iris v10

Database (if appropriate): Microsoft SQL Server
Server: Tomcat

Problem/Query:

When I try to export a project with an attached service, the following error occurs:

Project Export Failed! :: Error: Error while downloading Foundry App. : ERROR: HTTP GET on https://TIBERIOVOLTMX.tiberio.com.br:8444/workspace/100000002/api/v1/ws/100000002/tasks/aebba97e-b7b7-4e34-9375-bf21c96be8dc/poll failed for [polling Export app/service] with status 500. Details

The error does not occur when the project is exported without the service.
