Error Creating Program Object

Hi,

My users are having a problem running an agent which connects to Oracle, They are running it from an action button on a view…here is the line where it is generating this error :

Dim src As New LCConnection(“oracle8”)

Does anyone have any ideas as to where I might be going wrong?

Do your users have the oracle client installed?

That was the problem - Thanks.

No Oracle client installed, therefore the PC didn’t know what to do for the connection.

I have re-coded the agent to avoid giving the Oracle client to the user. (safe play!)
