Today my Notes 802 All client crashed multiple time at same instance, while modifying the location settings.
NSD pointed out problem with local names.nsf, hence i run fixup. But error while running compact on local names.nsf “Error compacting names.nsf: 02:41”
Does anyone seen this error before.

What particular switches are you using when running Compact on your personal NAB. Also, if you review your database properties, ensure that “Optimize document table map” is disabled. If it is not, uncheck the property and perform a copy-style compaction (compact -c) against the database.
Also, you may want to review the following Technote. It’s a problem we’ve seen when running Compact in 8.0.2:
