Error comes while processing a form in web

I have a form in which I have called a agent in the WebQuerySave event. The agent in turn calls a function written in the script library of that database. Whenever I am saving the form in web, error comes “HTTP Web Server: Lotus Notes Exception - Note item not found”.

If I do the same thing in server A, it runs properly, but if I run it in server B it shows the above error message.

Please advise.

I think so the agent is looking for a particular design element or document and it is not finding the same.

Are all the design elements in Server B present. The best thing to fix your issue is by debugging. Try to write some messageboxes in between the code and then check where exactly the code is breaking.
