Error 500 in Verse

Hi all,

Server version 12.0.2 FP6
Verse 3.2.4

We see error 500, there are a lot of errors in errors_log:

CLFAD0246E: Exception occurred servicing request for /verse/dist/AlhMo3KoCEORugaibb6xxytwby4dlTE71csIjeE-T0U/sequoia-dojo/dojo/resources/blank.gif - HTTP Code: 500" severity=“50” version=“1.0.1”>

Can you tell me what the problem is?

Please explain the steps that cause the error so that we can understand the problem.
Also, please tell us when the error started occurring (For example, after upgrading Domino or Verse, etc.).

Users are working through the web version, and at some point a large number of 500 errors are observed.
The support portal did not find a full description of this exact error. And this error occurs periodically.

Old problem: XPage HTTP 500 Error when cookie from https://cookie-script.com is added - Customer Support

Workaround

1 - Create a properties file on the ‘xsp’ folder under Domino program directory named ‘bootstrap.properties’ and set the contents to:
xsp.commas.not.delimiters.in.cookie=true
2 - Restart http task
