Error #0C:02

Hi friends,One of my user is getting an error #0C:02 while saving the document in notes client.

The document contains a rich text field where the user pastes the attachments, but i am unable to reproduce the same error on my machine.

Did anyone come across a similar kind of scenario, please let me know.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I don’t know if it is related, but I found this technote on IBM’s knowledge base:

Problem

When attempting to attach a file, you receive the following error:

“#0C:03”

This occurs only in cases where the Rich Text field has an Action Hotspot designed over the field in the Form design itself. This issue started to occur in Notes client releases 6.0.4 and 6.5.1.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. On a form, create a Notes Rich Text field.

  2. Select the field and create an Action Hotspot; save the form.

  3. Go to the form in the Notes Client.

  4. Attach a file within the Rich Text field; the error displays.
