Entry Not Found In Index

Hi guys,

Getting a notes entry not found in index error on the server when trying to access a document on the web.

The database is clustered, and opening the document on one server works, but opening on the other server throws up this error.

There’s no dblookup/column on the form and we’ve tried a fixup, compact, updall and this hasn’t resolved the issue.

Any idea’s why the document opens fine on one replica, and not on the other?

Subject: Entry Not Found In Index

It could be a subform, embeddeed view or some other design element that was not found. Have you tried replacing the design from a known-good template?
